Antonio Martin
Antonio Martin, Managing Partner. Antonio’s diverse background comes from over 20 years as a mortgage real estate partner and investor, as a consultant for a company that does acquisitions and financing of apartments from $50 million to $500 million in Southern California. Antonio works with state, city, and local municipalities to find solutions for the homeless and affordable housing crisis. He brings management skills, business acumen, and marketing and public relations skill sets, along with a great vision for building companies.
Matthew Moreno
Matthew Moreno, Business Development. Matthew has over 20 years in business development and construction. He developed strategic sells and partnerships with public/private entities that generate millions of dollars in revenue yearly for his family-owned business.
Rodney Moreno
Rodney Moreno, Financial Officer. Rodney has 30 years of experience in managing the finances of his family-owned business that grew to a million-dollar company. His duties included tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses.
Richard Moreno
Richard Moreno, Operational Officer. Richard manages and handles the daily operations of the company, working closely with contractors, vendors, and department heads. With over 30 years of experience, he supervises the day-to-day operations and is one of the co-founding members of his family-owned business with Matthew and Rodney. Richard is a licensed contractor and project manager.
Walter Osborne
Walter Osborne, Acquisitions and Valuations. Walter has over 30 years of real estate experience ranging from residential and commercial transaction, which includes short sales, foreclosures and a deep understanding of the market trends including the recession during the 1990’s and 2008. Walt is a skilled acquisition negotiator, and a valuation expert that understands real estate investments, and he is also the Broker/Owner of Canyon Hills Realtor company.
